IT Systems Analyst - Warwick (Hybrid, 1 Day Office-Based) Salary: £35,000-£40,000 + Benefits Hours: Mon-Thurs 8:00-16:30, Fri 8:00-13:00An established manufacturing business with a strong engineering heritage is looking for an IT Systems Analyst to join its growing internal IT team. You''ll be supporting business-critical systems, helping deliver a major ERP migration to Microsoft Dynamics 365, and developing your skills across SQL, reporting, and process analysis - with a clear path to progress into a Business Analyst role.Key Responsibilities: Support and maintain IT systems, infrastructure, and ERP applications. Assist in the migration from Avante to Microsoft Dynamics 365, including data cleansing, validation, and testing. Write and optimise SQL queries and reports to support data analytics. Collaborate with departments and suppliers to resolve system issues. Document procedures, create user guides, and support training. Monitor alerts, perform system audits, and ensure compliance with IT processes. Contribute to continuous improvement across IT and business systems. Key Requirements: Minimum 2 years'' experience in IT application, ERP, or service desk support. Confident with SQL (SELECT, JOIN, WHERE, basic troubleshooting). Knowledge of ERP systems and business processes such as inventory, BOM, and work orders. Exposure to data migration or integration tasks (CSV/ODBC, ETL).
