IT System Administrator Level3

• Kildare Location - On-site Role
• Great mix of Project & Support Duties
• €55k-€65k/year

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar IT infrastructure or support role.

• Third-level qualification in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline (desirable).

• Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail and customer service focus.

• Experience with cabling projects and other hands-on physical IT tasks.

• Technical expertise across:

  • Server Technology: VMware, Hyper-V, Windows Server (2012/2016)

  • Cloud & Productivity: Azure Cloud, Office 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive)

  • Backup Technologies: Veeam, Spanning

  • Security: SOC/SIEM (Barracuda Skout)

  • Device Management: Intune

  • Telephony: Teams, RingCentral

  • Networking: Fortinet, Aruba

• Skills in project management and service management.

• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

• Strong communication, resilience under pressure, and ability to work autonomously with a growth mindset.

• Provide Level 1, 2, and 3 support to 270 end users across multiple sites.

• Act as lead technical resource for internal IT improvement projects.

• Manage third-party vendors to successfully deliver new IT services.

• Administer and maintain existing IT infrastructure and systems.

• Proactively suggest and implement improvements to enhance IT service delivery.

• Drive continuous improvement across all IT infrastructure tools and services.
