We have a great opportunity to join our IT Service Delivery team as a User and Asset Administrator based in our London Office, overlooking Tower Bridge.Job DescriptionAbout the role: We have a great opportunity to join our IT Service Delivery team as a User and Asset Administrator based in our London Office, overlooking Tower Bridge. You will play a key part in supporting user and asset management. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth and timely administration of user accounts, as well as maintaining accurate asset information in line with agreed SLAs.Responsibilities

The creation of all new starters and profiling their laptopsThe onboarding of all new startersThe processing of leavers and ensuring the return of the IT equipmentMaintaining detailed records in the ServiceNow ticketing system and ensuring all tasks and activities are logged and updated in real-timeTo complete daily, weekly and monthly assurance, audits and review tasks in accordance with the controls defined in ISO27001Maintaining and continually improving the asset and user registry and processesWithin this role you will also work closely with other Service Delivery personnel to ensure a consistent and high quality support service is delivered to the business.About you

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with a strong willingness to learn new skills and processes. You should enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team while also being confident in working independently. The role requires someone who can work efficiently and effectively under pressure, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage workloads to completion.Key Competencies

A high level of attention to detail in all aspects of workThe ability to maintain accuracy even when working under pressureStrong aptitude for understanding and absorbing complex requirementsExcellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering positive experiencesA proactive approach to improving processes and finding better ways of workingFlexibility to work both as part of a team and independentlyExperience and Skills

Previous experience in a customer service role, demonstrating strong interpersonal and “soft skills”Solid administrative skills, ideally including stock management and monthly stock control checks (desirable but not essential)Problem-solving ability, with experience in resolving customer requests and managing complex requirementsStrong verbal and written communication skillsA commitment to continuous self-improvement and professional developmentCompetent with all IT skills, with good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and OutlookWhat We Can Offer You
