We''re looking for an IT Support Technician to join a growing business and become the go-to person for all things IT across both office and field-based teams. This is a hands-on, varied role where you''ll be responsible for keeping our people equipped, our technology running smoothly and our IT processes moving in the right direction. You''ll be the first point of contact for day-to-day IT queries, troubleshooting hardware, software and system issues, while working alongside our external IT partners when something needs a little more specialist attention. But this isn''t simply a ticket-closing role. We want someone who will take ownership, spot opportunities and make things better. The Role Providing first-line IT support to office and field-based colleagues. Taking ownership of IT issues from start to finish, escalating to external IT partners when required. Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, including basic repairs, upgrades and configuration. Managing our IT equipment inventory and making sure colleagues have the technology they need to do their jobs effectively.
