Role: IT Support TechnicianLocation: Paddington, London, onsite 3 days a weekSalary: Up to £40K + Bonus + Excellent Benefits Are you looking to be an IT Support Technician? Do you want to gain experience providing IT Support for a variety of companies and industries? Are you looking to work with a Managed Service Provider? This IT Support Technician role will allow you to further develop your technical skillset through fully funded qualifications and aid you in progressing your career from 1/2 Line to 3 Line and Infrastructuresupport. Working as an IT Support Technician, you and 4 other team members will be providing 1 and 2 Line support to users from different companies in different sectors. Day-to-day duties of an IT Support Technician include assigning and resolving tickets, escalating unresolved issues, software administration, and consistently ensuring customer satisfaction. Essential Skills: You must have experience in: Microsoft 365 EntraID Windows and Windows Server Networking DNS, DHCP, LAN, WAN Communicating with users effectively Desirable Skills: You will benefit from having: Worked with Linux Worked in virtualised environments (VMWare, HyperV) Sat exams in additional qualifications/certifications Why Should You Apply?
