IT Support Technician Derby (Hybrid) Permanent £27,000 - £30,000 (DOE) IT Support Technician needed for a permanent position based in Derby (Hybrid). Providing IT support to 1st line level including problem diagnosis, trouble-shooting + fixes. A chance to join an established IT Managed Services business with a proven track record spanning 20+ years. Start ideally September/October 2026. Hybrid Working working from the Derby office 4 days/week, with the option to work 1 day/week from home (WFH). Providing IT support across a range of customer IT environments including: Desktop PCs, Servers, Networks, IT Infrastructure, Peripherals, Telephony, Applications, Software, Hardware, and IT Cyber Security. Key supported technologies include: Windows Server (Apply online only), Office 365, Firewalls (Watchguard / Draytek), WDS, Intune, Entra. Communicating with end users, working to agreed SLAs, updating the IT Helpdesk Ticketing system + writing clear IT documentation.
