The successful candidate will be a key point of contact on a busy site, with a focus on resolving technical queries at first-line level and taking responsibility for the status of assets and equipment. Responsibilities include: Manage service requests as they arise, and respond to and resolve incidents in a timely and professional manner. Manage and maintain onsite stock, including inventory control and regular audits. Perform hardware builds and configuration tasks as required. Ensure compliance with operational procedures and standards. Collaborate closely with the operational Team Manager on all relevant matters onsite. Experience required: A background in IT support, and proven experience in a technical engineering support role, ideally gained within a fast-moving and dynamic environment.
