This is an office-based, hands-on, customer-facing role where you''ll provide first and second line support and have the opportunity to develop your technical skills across Microsoft 365, cyber security, cloud services and more.Salary 30K- 34K depending on experience, up to 36K for candidates with strong MSP experienceAs an IT Support Technician you be doing the following,Providing 1st and 2nd line IT support via telephone and ticketing systemsTroubleshooting Microsoft 365, Windows, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint issuesSupporting users with accounts, passwords, MFA and general Microsoft 365 administrationDiagnosing issues across devices, networks and cloud servicesLogging, documenting and escalating tickets where requiredKeeping customers updated and delivering a friendly, professional serviceSupporting customer onboarding and occasional visits to customer sitesLiaising with third-party suppliers when neededWhat are we looking for?You''ll ideally have some experience in an IT support or service desk environment, together with:Previous experience within an MSP or MSSP environment essentialExcellent verbal communication skills and confidence speaking to customersA genuine interest in IT and ..... full job details .....
