You''ll be office based, taking inbound calls and either sorting the issue on the spot or raising a ticket to escalate to level 2/3. Typical calls: password resets, account resets, printer issues, signature changes, device enrolment. You''ll be working a CRM, a ticketing system and some basic remote desktop tools. Monday-Friday, day shift, but there''s a rota so you''ll need to flex your start/finish times sometimes.
