Acting as the first point of contact, you will support critical activities in production, warehousing and administration while collaborating closely with central IT and the broader business. This role offers a negotiable salary depending on experience. The role of an IT Support Technician:Act as the primary contact for office and factory users, resolving hardware, software and connectivity issues quickly to ensure continuous business operations.Log, track and manage all incoming technical issues using the IT service-management system, escalating complex problems when necessary.Set up, configure and maintain vital workplace hardware including laptops, desktops, tablets, printers and scanners.Manage the complete IT on boarding and off boarding process for joiners, movers and leavers, including full equipment setup and access configuration.Monitor endpoint security, assist with basic network troubleshooting and provide essential support for Microsoft 365 applications and core business systems.Maintain accurate records of all company IT assets.
