IT Support Technician

Your New CompanyWe are currently recruiting for an IT Support Analyst to join an established team on a permanent basis. This is a newly created position due to the organisations growth. Please note this role is 5 days a week on site in Guildford. This is an excellent opportunity for an existing 1st Line/ Service Desk, or IT Support Analyst looking for the next step in their career. Working closely with colleagues across the business, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliable operation of technology systems and delivering an excellent end-user experience.Your New RoleAs an IT Support Analyst, you will provide hands-on 1st and 2nd line support, responding to incidents and service requests in a professional and timely manner. You will diagnose and resolve a range of technical issues, including user account administration, password resets, multi-factor authentication support, software installations and hardware faults.
