Join a leading independent technology and services provider as an IT Support Engineer (L3).Job Overview:Role: IT Support Engineer (L3).Location: York YO10 4HDContract: 28-Sep-26 - 09-Oct-26Mandatory check: Government SCPay Rates:Umbrella Rate: £25.75/hour (via a Hays approved umbrella company).PAYE Rate: £19.85/hourWork schedule: Monday to Friday.Time: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PMKey ResponsibilitiesPerform device refresh activity including install, power-on and basic validation in line with the agreed delivery modelSupport users during onboarding , resolving issues to get them operational at point of handoverrebuild or reconfigure devices that fail or malfunction during onboarding using provided toolsSupport clinic and site-based delivery models, working to scheduled slots and throughput targetsAdhere to security requirements ( e.g. Clearance, BIOS wipe, data handling standards)Work as part of a delivery team to meet planned throughput and site level targets.Must be SC clearedHow to Apply: If you''re interested in this role, click ''apply now'' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
