Working within a small and collaborative team, you will provide practical day-to-day IT support while contributing to a variety of digital projects across the business. The role combines user support, hardware maintenance, account administration, fault diagnosis and quality assurance testing. You will support colleagues both in person and remotely and help ensure systems and equipment remain reliable, secure and up to date.
