IT Support Technician

Our client is a global software solutions company with UK headquarters located in Victoria, London. They are now seeking a IT Support Technician for a 12 month contract where you will benefit from great technical support from your colleagues. Can be 2 days a week remote. Responsibiities Duties range from remote desktop assistance to providing support over the telephone to troubleshooting issues that arise with computers. Troubleshoot issues as 1st, 2nd level support for desktop and enterprise applications, local/networking printing, e-mail, connectivity, remote access, and hardware issues. Troubleshoot and replace laptop and PC hardware. Provides professional-level phone support to customers. Configure, test, and troubleshoot network connectivity and wireless access. Skills Computer graduate or similar 1+ years experience in IT Desktop Support. Familiarity supporting Mac OS X and Windows 7/10. Familiarity with wired and Wi-Fi Networking with Windows Active Directory preferred. Ability to work independently and within a team. Benefits Technical support given. Possible extension.
