Are you a charismatic IT Support Professional? We're looking for a dynamic IT Support Analyst to join a growing team and take ownership of providing exceptional IT user support within an enthusiastic, fast-paced business. In this exciting role you’ll be the go-to problem-solver, taking ownership of user issues from first contact to resolution. Working closely with the IT Support Team Manager and a collaborative team of technicians, you’ll ensure that support tickets are handled efficiently, prioritised appropriately, and resolved in line with SLAs—all while delivering a first-class user experience.

what we’re looking for.
As a natural communicator, you're comfortable engaging with colleagues at all levels and translating technical concepts into clear, actionable advice.
Your strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Windows 10/11, and Windows Server environments is backed by hands-on experience managing networking protocols like TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP, as well as configuring switches, routers, and VLANs.
You're confident working with Azure for backup and disaster recovery, and you bring a solid understanding of IT security best practices to help protect the business.
Experience with scripting (PowerShell/VBScript), digital phone systems like Teams, and relevant certifications (such as MCSA or VCP) will help you hit the ground running.
A sense of humour and a steady hand go a long way here—it's a busy environment, but we always make time for a laugh!
