About the role: The IT Support Technician Apprentice is an important part of the IT team. The school is increasingly dependent on its IT systems working properly and efficiently. You will be responsible for system wide technical support including: workstations, laptops, printers, audio-visual, telecoms and printing. In co-operation with teachers you will support the teaching of IT by preparing relevant materials and working alongside pupils and teachers in the IT suites.
