Key Responsibilities:Provide 1st line support for hardware, software, and network issues.Manage and triage incoming support tickets via the help desk system.Resolve straightforward technical issues independently.Escalate complex problems to 2nd line support or software development teams.Liaise with other departments for cross-functional support when needed.Support users working remotely across multiple offices.Assist with laptop repairs and basic troubleshooting.Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions.
