You''ll join a team of four IT professionals responsible for supporting around 400 users across 25 UK sites, providing a fantastic environment in which to learn, develop and gain hands-on experience across a broad range of technologies. The Role As an IT Support Technician, you''ll provide first-line and second-line support to end users, helping to resolve a variety of hardware, software and IT-related issues. Key responsibilities will include: Providing IT support to users via phone, email and face-to-face Diagnosing and resolving desktop, laptop, hardware and software issues Setting up and configuring new user devices Supporting Windows-based environments Assisting with user account administration and access requests Escalating more complex technical issues where appropriate Maintaining accurate records within the IT service desk system Supporting IT projects and technology ..... full job details .....
