This role is ideal for someone already working in IT support or someone who''s built up strong technical skills through home projects, PC building, gaming setups, or helping friends and family with IT issues. The Role You''ll be part of a friendly technical support team, providing first-line assistance to a wide range of customers. You''ll troubleshoot different issues every day, learn new systems and gain exposure to varied environments.
