IT Support SpecialistSalary: 40,000 - 45,000Location: Central LondonWorking Pattern: Five days per week onsiteZachary Daniels is partnering with an established retail business to recruit an IT Support Specialist for its Central London head office.This is a hands-on role supporting users across the head office and wider retail estate. You will work closely with the IT Manager to provide responsive technical support, maintain hardware and software, manage business devices and ensure colleagues receive a consistently high level of service.The RoleAs IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of support requests received by telephone, email and the internal ticketing system.You will support users across multiple business locations, resolving technical issues wherever possible and escalating more complex problems to the appropriate internal or external team.Your responsibilities will include: Providing first and second-line technical support to users Managing support requests through telephone, email and ticketing systems Troubleshooting issues across PCs, printers, mobile devices and business applications Preparing, configuring and maintaining hardware and software Supporting Microsoft environments and Office applications Managing device inventory and maintaining accurate asset records Coordinating hardware, software and equipment orders Completing user onboarding and offboarding activities Escalating more complex technical issues to the ..... full job details .....
