Overview

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure by installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware, software, and networks. Proven experience in IT support, system administration, or a related field.Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.Familiarity with project management principles and practices.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills for supporting diverse users.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred
