IT Support Specialist

Reed Technology is delighted to be partnering with a fantastic company just outside of Aberdeen, currently looking to bring someone onboard permanently to take ownership of desktop support, as well as the planning, execution, and maintenance of their IT infrastructure and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide complete support for several areas of the company''s IT infrastructure, including software, hardware, servers, networking equipment, data storage / security and access control systems.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining an integrated business management system to support business growth.
• Partner with external IT providers to enhance the company''s business systems.
• Support the management of the IT budget, optimizing costs where possible.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Support roles, with a strong track record of troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Proficient in networking, desktop support, and access control systems, with hands-on experience in configuring and maintaining infrastructure.
• Solid understanding of cloud technologies.
• Experience with Microsoft Server environments is highly desirable.
• Strong proficiency in Office 365, particularly with advanced Excel skills.

Benefits:

• Full-time, permanent contract.
• Salary up to -50.000/ annum, depending on experience.
