Customer Service/IT Support Specialist Near Solihull, West Midlands (On-site) £14.00 ph (£27,664pa) Hours: 38-40 per week (flexi hours) We are currently looking for a proactive, people-focused IT Support Specialist to join a friendly, fast-growing team. If you enjoy solving problems, helping customers, and getting stuck in you ll fit right in. Due to the location of the role you must have your own transport. What You ll Do Support and train customers on our software and hardware systems Troubleshoot issues via phone, email, and regular check-ins Explain technical concepts in a simple, user-friendly way Coordinate hardware installations with our engineers Work closely with teams across the business What We re Looking For Great communication and people skills Customer service experience (phone and/or face-to-face) Strong IT basics (Windows 10/11, Excel, general IT literacy) Organised, proactive, and a natural problem solver Someone who takes initiative and enjoys learning Our client is a forward-thinking family owned business and you will play a key role in the team, being the main point of contact for IT support to their valued customers.
