The Technical Officer will be working with Technical Analyst to provide the first line and first-class Technical Service Desk using great customer skills that is supported with technical knowledge, you will be a key part of the delivery of our Digital, Data and Technology services.

• The work will be a variety of support tasks, hardware commissioning and decommissioning and general IT Support
• Knowledge of Microsoft technologies required and ITIL would be advantageous.
