As an IT Support Manager is required to provide 1 st

and 2 nd

level support in a busy organisation with multiple users. Some of your duties will include:Managing, organising and evaluating IT systems and electronic data operationsInstalling and configuring hardware, software, networks, printers and scannersEnsuring security of data, network access and backup systems throughout companyLiaising with third-party Contractors when necessary to resolve technical issuesManaging a register of when maintenance was completed and a schedule of datesManaging IT asset register and handling annual budget to ensure cost effectivenessRegrettably, we are not able to respond to job applicants who are not shortlisted.
