      <description>Location: Devizes | Salary: &amp;pound;15.38 - &amp;pound;17.43/hour | Type: Contract | IT Support Level 1 and Level 2   – Swindon      Opportunity:   Are you currently working in IT support? Does your experience include dealing directly with technical End User support, resolving hardware, software and network issues? If yes then please read on.  Your role as an IT Level 1 and Level 2     based in Swindon will involve providing level 1 and level 2 IT support for the business.    Duties and responsibilities include:  	 General network, telecoms and server support and problem solving. 	 Analysing system requirements and business processes to assist in the design and implementation of IT solutions. 	 Installing, configuring, and maintaining IT equipment and software to ensure operational efficiency. 	 Replacing and rebuilding hardware components as needed. 	 Performing IT Procurement in accordance with corporate guidelines.
