IT Support - Worcestershire - Up to £35k Your new role I am currently looking for an IT Support professional who can help to build a robust internal IT process and strengthen my clients'' cybersecurity and internal practices. They will be responsible for managing all IT hardware, the management of Microsoft Office accounts, liaising with third-party external IT support and all other IT stakeholders, as well as establishing new Gmail accounts and resolving general IT queries. The right candidate will have strong communication skills, with the ability to build a rapport with employees at all levels, as well as excellent prioritisation and attention to detail. This role will come with the potential to build an IT department and opportunities for career progression.Your duties will include, but are not limited to:Comfortably manage as second line support, handling escalations, technical queries and solving problems.Establish secure firewalls across all sites.Management and roll out of ISO 27001 system.Creation and management of the Cyber policyLiaising with external IT Support firms.Keeping up to date and compliant with current IT legislationContinually improve skills and knowledge in line with company objectivesTravel may be required to other sites, dependent on business needs.What you''ll need to succeed Previous NetSuite experience (preferable)Google G Suite (Gmail, Google Chat, Google Docs) experience (preferable but not essential as equivalent experience with Office 365 is ..... full job details .....
