£30,000 – £40,000 per year. This is a 12 month FTC position. The salary is negotiable within the stated range.Location

London, United Kingdom (Mayfair office) – Onsite support from Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:30 UK time. Some ad-hoc out-of-hours support on bank holidays/weekends may be required on a rota basis.Responsibilities

1st and 2nd line troubleshooting and root-cause analysis with knowledge base documentationProvide onsite IT support for desktop and mobile environments to a user base of 150+; maintain high service levelsImaging workstations, hardware configurations, software deployment, AD management, asset management, ticket queuing, and overall support efficiencyServe as a central point of contact for IT queries; adhere to ITIL best practicesLiaise with colleagues across London, Europe, and the Middle East and with external vendors to resolve complex issuesMaintain up-to-date key IT data in line with auditing principlesEnsure SLA targets are met and contribute to a proactive Support UnitEducate and support users with varying levels of IT knowledgeProvide high-standard support for VIPs (C-level and Heads of Departments)Technical Skills Required

Experience with Microsoft Windows (all versions) and strong troubleshooting skillsActive Directory (security groups, administration/deployment, LDAP)Citrix XenApps – administration, maintenance, and supportWindows Server 2012/2016 – design, deployment, maintenance, and supportNetworking (DNS, DHCP, VLAN, TCP/IP) and OSI model understandingPowerShell scriptingVPN troubleshooting and supportRouter/wireless configuration and setupExposure to Market Data, Bloomberg, Trader Support (bonus)Seniorities and Employment
