They are looking for a proactive IT Support Engineer to join the team. About the IT Support Engineer role: This is a hands-on IT Support Engineer role supporting employees across the organisation, providing both first and second-line technical support while helping to maintain and improve IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365 environment, cybersecurity posture and business systems. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): Provide first and second-line IT support to employees across the organisation. Take ownership of incidents and service requests from investigation through to resolution, ensuring excellent customer service throughout. Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, VPN, printing, hardware and application issues. Support and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, wireless networks and firewalls. Support cybersecurity activities Provide guidance and technical support to junior members of the IT team as the department grows. Support on additional ad-hoc tasks, as required. Essential Skills and Experience: Previous hands-on experience in a 2nd Line IT support role or equivalent.
