Mac IT Support Engineer - Cambridge Location: Cambridge - 5 days onsiteStart: ASAPWe are looking for a Mac-focused Desktop Support Engineer to join our customer''s IT team in Cambridge on an initial 3-month contract.The environment is approximately 90% Mac/10% Windows, so strong hands-on Mac/macOS support experience is essential. Key Responsibilities Provide 1st/2nd line desktop support, primarily for Mac usersManage and resolve tickets through the IT service deskProvide face-to-face and walk-up supportSet up new users and hardwareSupport onboarding and offboardingManage user access and general IT requestsTroubleshoot Mac hardware and software issuesProvide a professional, friendly service to users Essential Experience Strong Mac/macOS support experiencePrevious Desktop Support/IT Support experienceGood troubleshooting skillsExcellent communication and people skillsComfortable working onsite and dealing directly with users Desirable: Microsoft Entra ID, Cisco and MDM experience.The customer is open to someone junior/early in their career who is technically capable, keen to learn and has strong people skills.ASAP start - Cambridge - 5 days onsite Apply now to speak with VIQU IT in confidence.
