This hands-on IT Support Engineer role provides first-line support across desktops, laptops, network-connected devices and core business systems, helping colleagues stay connected, productive and supported. The successful IT Support Engineer will manage service desk tickets, troubleshoot technical issues and support users across local Warwick sites.
