The successful candidate will be hands-on, customer-focused and confident troubleshooting complex technical issues. Skills required from the IT Support Engineer: Strong Windows 10/11 support experience. Strong Microsoft 365 experience. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and SCCM/MECM. Strong endpoint management and software deployment experience. Hardware, desktop and peripheral troubleshooting. Active Directory / Group Policy experience.
