IT Support Engineer - 3 Month Contract - Hybrid - BirminghamVIQU have partnered with a not-for-profit organisation based in Birmingham, who are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer on a contract basis.The successful IT Support Engineer will play a key role in supporting users across the organisation, delivering a combination of desk-side and remote 2nd line support while working closely with wider IT teams.Role ResponsibilitiesProvide 1st and 2nd line IT support across onsite and remote environmentsDeliver desk-side support for hardware, software, and connectivity issuesProvide remote support to users via ticketing systems, phone, and remote toolsSupport Windows devices, laptops, desktops, and peripheralsManage and support users and devices via Intune and Entra ID (Azure AD)Support Microsoft 365 services including Outlook, Exchange, Teams, and OneDriveMaintain clear documentation and provide a high level of customer service to non-technical usersKey Skills and Experience RequiredProven experience in a 1/2nd Line IT Support / IT Support Engineer roleStrong experience supporting Windows end-user environmentsHands-on experience with:IntuneAzure AD / Entra IDMicrosoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, Outlook)Confident delivering both face-to-face and remote user supportAble to work independently while collaborating with remote IT teamsStrong communication skills with the ability to support non-technical usersRole details:Job role: IT Support Engineer Start: ASAPDuration: 3-month ..... full job details .....
