This role is focused on delivering high-quality 1st and 2nd line support within a fast-paced enterprise environment and would suit someone who enjoys a hands-on support role with strong user interaction.The successful IT Support Engineer will provide a mixture of service desk, floorwalking, desk-side, and face-to-face support across the business, ensuring technical issues and service requests are resolved efficiently while delivering an excellent customer experience.
