IT Support Engineer - StevenageVIQU have been approached by a customer who are seeking a IT Support contractor to provide some additional BAU support to their client-facing Service Desk.The successful IT Support engineer will have solid previous experience in IT Support within a Microsoft environment and will be committed to delivering excellent customer service.The role:This role will involve managing and escalating support tickets for 3rd party software, as well as handling 1st Line tickets coming onto the helpdesk. This role involves working with external clients as the end user, so communication skills and a focus on customer service is paramount.Key skills and responsibilities for the First Line Support: 1st Line / Service Desk / Customer Support in a Windows / Microsoft environment: SharePointWindows 10Office 365Active DirectoryAzure Experience supporting with face-to-face IT supportTriaging tickets and escalating to relevant teams where necessaryUsing their inbuilt ticketing systemExcellent customer service skillsSupporting with AV Meeting room set ups and issuesSupporting with Break fix issues.
