The role would suit someone who enjoys solving problems properly, automating repetitive processes, and taking ownership of technical improvements from concept through to delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesAutomation and Process ImprovementIdentify opportunities to automate manual IT processes and operational tasksDevelop and maintain scripts using PowerShell, Python or similar technologiesProduce and maintain technical documentation, SOPs and user guidesContinuously improve workflows and operational efficiencyEndpoint and Infrastructure SupportProvide 1st / 2nd line support to internal users both remotely and onsiteManage and resolve support tickets within agreed SLAsConfigure and maintain laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers and AV equipmentSupport Windows and macOS environments including patching, upgrades and software deploymentMonitor endpoint compliance, system stability and ..... full job details .....
