You''ll support the day-to-day technology that keeps the business running, working across Microsoft 365, Windows environments, networking, servers, telephony, mobile devices and a wide range of hardware and software. IT Support Engineer Winchester £30,000-£40,000 Fully Onsite The Role This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy team where you''ll work with a diverse group of people and across many different systems. You''ll provide hands-on IT support across the business, dealing with day-to-day hardware, software and connectivity issues while also helping maintain the wider IT infrastructure. The role includes: Providing 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support to users across the business. Troubleshooting hardware, software and connectivity issues. Supporting Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID and Exchange. Managing user accounts, permissions, mail and group policies within a hybrid Microsoft environment. Supporting physical and virtual servers, storage, networking and cloud services. Working with technologies including Hyper-V, QNAP, NAKIVO and Wasabi.
