You''ll be based at a key client site in London four days a week, owning their day-to-day IT support experience, with one day a week back in the EC3R office contributing to the wider team.What the role involves: You''ll handle everything from user walk-ups to complex ticket resolution, work to SLAs, and build genuine relationships with the client''s team.
