This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong Microsoft technologies experience who enjoys a varied role combining desktop support, infrastructure administration, and occasional site visits.The RoleAs an IT Support Engineer, you will provide both 1st and 2nd Line support to end users, ensuring the smooth operation of the organisation''s IT systems and services. Based primarily at the company''s Head Office, you will also travel to other locations as required, with all travel expenses fully covered.Key responsibilities will include:Providing 1st and 2nd Line IT support to users across the businessTroubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issuesSupporting and administering Microsoft Windows Server environmentsManaging and supporting the Microsoft 365 stack, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Azure ADSetting up and configuring desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripheralsAssisting with user account administration, permissions, and access managementSupporting network infrastructure, including switches, routers, Wi-Fi, and connectivity issuesEscalating complex issues ..... full job details .....
