Utilising advanced robot technology and modern machinery they deliver products in high quantities yet maintaining a consistent and high-quality standard throughout.Due to continued international growth they are looking to further enhance their internal IT department with a 1st and 2nd line support and monitoring function to configure, maintain and troubleshoot existing hardware and software systems based on O365 and Azure.Working in an office based at our Rotherham Parkgate premisesWhat we are looking for Maintain and develop O365 functionality e.g. Teams, SharePoint, AzureTechnical support of Windows desktops, laptops, mobiles, phones, tablets and printers.Configure and build Windows desktop, laptops.Installation and maintenance of printers, scanners, etc.Maintain I.T. records and documentationFollow and maintain internal processes and policiesEssential Skills and Knowledge Good understanding of Windows and O365 suite of applicationsInstallation and configuration of hardware and peripheralsNetworking, LAN/WAN/WLAN/VLANProblem SolvingSelf-motivated with a passion for I.T.Reliable and PunctualMinimum A Level qualifications in an IT related subjectPlease apply for immediate considerationShillito Group is a specialist recruitment and executive search partner, working with ambitious ..... full job details .....
