As part of the IT Services Team, you will provide day-to-day IT support to colleagues across Microsoft 365 and internal systems. Key Responsibilities Manage helpdesk tickets and resolve IT issues efficiently Support laptops, monitors, docks and meeting room equipment Provide support for corporate iPhones and personal devices Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues Manage user accounts for new starters and leavers Keep IT asset records up to date Provide basic IT inductions for new users Manage Teams, Exchange Online groups and distribution lists Assist with IT equipment rollouts and office projects Support users with Microsoft 365 and internal applications Help maintain the helpdesk, automated processes and phishing awareness systems Embrace new technologies, including automation and AI About You You will be organised, detail-focused and customer-focused, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
