This is an excellent opportunity for someone with an IT support background who is keen to broaden their experience across infrastructure, systems administration, and software development.The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring business-critical systems remain operational and efficient, while also contributing to the ongoing development and enhancement of internal applications and reporting solutions.This role would suit a technically minded individual who enjoys problem-solving, continuous improvement, and working in a varied environment where no two days are the same.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide first and second-line support across the business, ensuring users can effectively utilise IT systems and applications.Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and infrastructure-related issues.Set up and onboard new users, including hardware deployment and account provisioning.Administer and maintain business systems, servers, and IT infrastructure.Monitor and proactively identify system inefficiencies, vulnerabilities, and opportunities for improvement.Produce and maintain technical documentation for systems and processes.Support the implementation of new technologies and business ..... full job details .....
