We''re working with a dynamic and growing organisation that is seeking a proactive and reliable Systems Support Engineer to join their team. Key Responsibilities: Provide 1st/2nd line support across a range of IT systems and users. Maintain and support Microsoft 365 (including Office 365, Azure AD, and Exchange Online). Troubleshoot issues related to cloud and on-premise infrastructure. Support users with CRM platforms - preferably Zoho, but experience with other CRM systems will also be considered. Assist with systems upgrades, migrations, and documentation. Key Skills andamp; Experience Required: Proven experience supporting Microsoft 365, including Office 365, Azure AD, and Exchange. Solid understanding of cloud services and Active Directory integration. Experience supporting or administering CRM systems - Zoho CRM experience highly desirable, though others (eg, Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics) are welcome. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Excellent communication skills with a user-focused approach.
