About the Role An insight into the role: • Provide second-line technical support to employees across all UK sites, and third-line technical support with cloud and infrastructure. • Assist with troubleshooting hardware issues on Windows 11 laptops, desktops, and mobile devices. • Support users with Office 365 applications including Teams, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and OneDrive. • Assist in maintaining on-site and cloud services (Azure AD, Exchange, SharePoint etc). • Help with onboarding/offboarding processes including account creation, device configuration, and permissions. • Support device management, security policies, updates, and application deployment. • Contribute to IT asset management: equipment tracking...
