This is a hands-on role where you'll become the main escalation point for 1st Line, while also working alongside an existing 2nd Line Technician on infrastructure support, technical issues and improvement projects. We're looking for someone who combines strong technical ability with excellent customer service and takes ownership of problems through to resolution. The Role You'll be responsible for: Acting as the primary technical escalation point for 1st Line. Diagnosing and resolving complex 2nd Line infrastructure and user issues. Supporting Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Entra ID and Windows environments. Administering Intune, Autopilot and NinjaOne.
