It Support Engineer

IT Operative- Midlands based The IT Operations Professional is responsible for ensuring business continuity by providing high-quality support to end users across multiple UK locations, including the main office site and regional remote locations. This is a customer-facing role, requiring strong organisational, technical, and interpersonal skills to deliver an excellent IT service experience. You will be working in a challenging and diverse customer facing role representing IT by delivering a first-class service and experience. Very strong interpersonal and relationship skills are required to work closely with both managers and employees within the business and colleagues in both IT Site Management and User Engagement teams across the UK. Time and Task Management are key skills which are required to deliver to strict SLA deadlines to ensure staff have appropriate equipment to carry out their roles efficiently. Key Responsibilities Manage and fulfil laptop demand across multiple sites in the Midlands, with occasional travel to Manchester (Full clean UK driving licence required) Organise and manage workload through the IT Asset Management portal, ensuring timely completion of requests Configure, build, and deploy end-user devices in line with company standards Perform device handovers to users (face-to-face and remotely), ensuring a high-quality user experience Maintain accurate stock control to meet business demand efficiently Incident Management Resolving all IT Incidents ..... full job details .....
