IT Support Engineer Location: Ramsgate, Kent (Hybrid after probation) Salary: Competitive + Performance Bonus + Profit Share Contract: Permanent Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am 5:00pm Do you hold a Level 3 Computing qualification, IT certification, or equivalent technical training? Our Client is seeking a motivated and customer-focused IT Support Engineer to join their growing technical support team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about technology who wants to build a long-term career in IT within a supportive and development-focused environment. Whilst technical skills are important, customer service is at the heart of this role. You will be responsible for handling incoming support requests, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and helping clients maintain secure and efficient technology systems. Following successful completion of probation, the role operates on a hybrid basis, with four days in the Ramsgate office and one day working from home. Key Responsibilities Provide first-line technical support to customers via phone, email, and ticketing systems. Diagnose and resolve technical issues while delivering an excellent customer experience. Document all work accurately within the service management system.
