      <description>Location: Marlow | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Contract | A prominent player in the Defence and Security sector, is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join their team on a contract basis. The role is based at their Head Office in Buckinghamshire and will involve providing first- and second-line technical support to ensure the smooth operation of IT services within the organisation.Key Responsibilities:Provide first- and second-line support for incidents and service requests via the IT service management system.Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues across desktop and laptop environments.Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls within Active Directory and Microsoft 365.Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Teams and Exchange Online mailboxes.Build, configure, and deploy Windows desktop devices in line with company standards.Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including account provisioning and equipment setup.Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or third-party vendors where required.Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of incidents, solutions, and system configurations.Contribute to service improvement initiatives, automation opportunities, and knowledge base d...</description>
