IT Support Engineer Mac Location: Vauxhall, London Salary: 35,000 to 40,000 per annum, depending on experience Working arrangement: Onsite five days a week, with no travel required MFK Recruitment is recruiting an IT Support Engineer with Mac experience to join a private business operating within the art sector, based in Vauxhall, London. This is an opportunity to put your Apple support skills to work in a creative environment, helping colleagues stay productive and keeping their technology running smoothly. The business is looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in resolving technical issues and brings a grounded, helpful approach to the team. The role Working with the Head of IT and wider IT team, you will provide hands-on support to colleagues at the Vauxhall site. Approximately 95% of the environment is Mac and 5% Windows, so practical experience supporting Apple devices is essential. Your work will range from preparing equipment for a colleague joining the business to investigating an application fault, fixing a printer issue or helping someone regain access to their account. You will manage everyday requests independently, keep users informed and recognise when an issue needs specialist input.
