This is a rare opportunity for an IT Support Engineer with strong 2nd Line experience to join a thriving firm who are experiencing an exciting period of growth. Working closely with the IT and Operations Manager you will be providing a high-level of technical support to users, with around 80 staff in the London office, acting as the go-to for any technical questions or queries whilst also working on ad-hoc project work, before escalating to their external MSP if required. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years'' IT experience and will be comfortable providing a high-level of 2nd Line support. Although not essential, any candidates with exposure to NetSuite would be advantageous.
